If i purchase this unit does it come with a parts list and numbers? Also is the Ameristar parts the same as Trane part numbers? Does this Model M4PG4060A1090A use ECM type blower and condenser motor's or does it use PSC motors with Capacitor?
I could not see any reviews on this model. How long has this model existed. Would it handle Phoenix, AZ temps or run too long?
