It features a rotatable draft inducer to provide flexible venting, a single-stage gas valve, an easily removable slide-out blower design, a Variable Speed PSC blower motor, and self diagnostics that can save the last 5 fault codes even when the power is interrupted.

Plus, the 70k BTU 80% AFUE Variable Speed MrCool Gas Furnace is super flexible when it comes to installation. It can be installed in upflow, horizontal, or downflow configurations. hi it this furnace ulta lo nox?

This 70K BTU MRCOOL would be for an upstairs that currently has a Lennox 45K BTU heating approx 1200 sq ft.. Will there be a problem with this unit putting out much more BTUs than the old unit? OR will there need to be some type of adjustment to accommodate this proposed new unit?

This unit produces a lot of heat at the top of this unit . ( I'm used to installing 98 efficiency units with PVC venting ) ! I need to inclose the space where it sits . How far away ( front and back ) do the walls and door need to be ???

Not : the door will be a metal louvered door to allow the furnace to breath .
