To fully harness the capabilities of any Flair Smart Vent, which encompasses features such as automated airflow adjustments and passive room temperature monitoring, you must purchase a Flair Puck. Within your setup, you must configure at least one Puck or another compatible temperature sensor for every room or zone equipped with a smart vent. These sensors serve as focal points for handling the overall home climate. Each household utilizing the Flair Smart Vent system must use at least one Flair Puck configured as the incheshub, inches syncing up communication across the entire system.

Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Although Ingrams Water & Air Equipment is NOT responsible for shipping damage, we can assist with filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages. Any damages or missing items have to be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each and every item. If the delivery driver refuses to wait or doesn't allow you to inspect your items prior to signing, please call us immediately at 1-270-575-9595 and our claims department can offer assistance.
