We make every effort possible to carry only high quality products that work seamlessly for years with minimal maintenance. Unfortunately, even our best manufacturer partners make mistakes sometimes. Mechanical faults go unnoticed in the factory, products get shipped out to customers, and then things go bad. When that happens, we want to make our customers aware as soon as possible.
