What is the desuperheater option referring to? Can I buy this with a kit for all necessary parts to install it? Do you do the design for a kit system, including load calcs, installation guide, etc.?

I plan to build a 40' by 70' wide steel building with a vaulted ceiling at 20 feet to the roof with closed cell foam insulation sprayed on to a r value of 30 in the walls and 40 in the roof. 12 good windows 3'x4' and 3 doors. everything I am finding for load calcs is telling me that I need a 20 ton unit.
according to one site i read field closed loop installation requires about 500 to 600 feet of pipe per ton of system, is this true with this unit? that would put this unit between 4500 and 5400 feet of field pipe
