What makes it so special? This DIY condenser is configured for use with a pre-charged Quick Connect DIY line set, a cutting-edge technology from MrCool. The Quick Connect DIY line set makes installation safe, easy, inexpensive, and saves you from calling someone else to your home to get your HVAC setup and working. The lineset uses R-410A refrigerant, which is an eco-safe option to antiquated Freon. R-410A is chlorine free and won't hurt the ozone layer.

Tired of a noisy outdoor unit? The 18k BTU MrCool DIY 3rd Gen Heat Pump Condenser runs quietly, and the unit comes with sound dampening pads, making your daily life interruption free. This ductless mini split heat pump also has a heating and cooling capacity up to 18,000 BTUs to help keep your home at your preferred temperature all year round.

Do you live near water or have high humidity? If so, no need to worry about corrosion because the 18k BTU MrCool DIY 3rd Gen Heat Pump Condenser uses a Gold Fin Condenser. Gold Fin technology provides superior protection and is corrosion resistance.

For a solution to winter temperatures that dip way down low, the 18k BTU MrCool DIY 3rd Gen Heat Pump Condenser can function in outdoor temperatures as low as 5 degrees Fahrenheit.

And this unit will eliminate any worries you might have about refrigerant leaks. It can detect on its own when it is low on refrigerant and has an alarm to make sure it continues to operate smoothly. Another benefit of this outdoor unit, is that the heat pump condenser has the capability to auto restart in case of a power outage.
