The key to the unit's simple installation is the pre-charged Quick Connect Line Set, a cutting-edge piece of technology from MrCool that makes it possible to install this particular HVAC equipment yourself. The line set uses R-410A refrigerant that is pre-charged at the factory. This means you don't have to vacuum the unit. Plus, the refrigerant is non-toxic for the atmosphere since it is chlorine free. Unlike previous generation refrigerants, R-410A will not damage the ozone layer.

Plus, the 24k BTU MrCool DIY 3rd Gen Heat Pump Condenser doesn't shirk on comfort. This ductless mini split heat pump has a heating and cooling capacity up to 24,000 BTU, so you can trust your home will be comfortable year-round. You can expect less noise from the 3rd Generation Heat Pump Condensers too! They run quietly and even come with sound dampening pads you can install with this outdoor unit.

When you're ready to install, remember that this outdoor condenser unit can be anchored to the ground or on a concrete pad or be attached to a wall with a bracket. The compact unit is 37.21 inches wide, 31.9 inches tall, and 16.53 inches deep; meanwhile, the mounting dimensions are 26.5 inches wide by 15.87 inches deep.
