Temperatures may fluctuate, but this consistently reliable unit is well equipped to handle a heatwave with 5mm SmartCoil condenser technology. The smaller, 5mm copper coil delivers more heat transfer than the old, standard ⅜ inch tubing. This makes the efficiency of the GSX160361 unparalleled. The inline filter-drier is factory-installed and protects against condensation in the lines, indefinitely extending the life of your unit. It also has a high efficiency compressor, partnered with a high performance coil. When coupled with an ECM motor, this unit delivers a rating of up to 16 SEER.
Another benefit of the GSX160361 Air Conditioner is its use of chlorine-free refrigerant. This makes the R-401A coolant eco-friendly as well as family friendly. The Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating System, or SEER was designed by the U.S. Department of Energy to measure a unit's cooling efficiency. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficient a unit operates and therefore the lower its cost to operate for the consumer.
The GSX160361 has a super quiet three bladed fan coupled with a one of a kind, louvered, sound-control top designed to make it one of the quietest systems in the industry. The cabinet is made of heavy-gauge, galvanized steel that not only protects the components but also resists weather and damage from lawn equipment.
The GSX160361 is ETL-rated and AHRI certified and has both a 10-year parts limited warranty and a 10-year compressor limited warranty when registered within 60 days of authorized installation.

Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Although Ingrams Water & Air Equipment is NOT responsible for shipping damage, we can assist with filing a claim against the shipping carrier to cover the cost of damages.
