Where would I find that information the company I purchased the unit through lost my unit for 3.5 months and then sent me a horizontal coil which is incorrect and I'm trying to replace it before I die this summer in the California heat. Lol
I just purchased 4 TON Mr. Cool condenser, Goodman 4 to 5 Ton Hor.Coil and correct TXV, and connected it to my existing 70K BTU heater. After lines were connected and system turned on, the tech did not like the flow rate (based on feel and sound). He said I run the chance of liquid slugging and shortening the life of the new condenser. The hor. heater unit is a Goodman GSM950703BXA with a direct-connect, 24 X 24 inch return plenum in the ceiling. It uses a 3/4 line set 22 feet long. Ducts with dampers are: qty 1, 12 in, qty 2, 10 in, qty 2, 8 in, and qty 5, 6 in. through 2X2X2 plenum. House is 1950 sqft with 10 ft ceilings.

Do I need to worry? What solutions in order of cost/effort to resolve this issue if it really is a concern? Can I upgrade the blower motor? We are satisfied with the heaters performance as-is.

Thank you.

This model says that it's suitable for R22 or R410A. Since its been said that they discontinued R22, will it be okay to use the R410A?
