What's included

The Goodman GCH95 Series 95% AFUE Low NOx Two-Stage Gas Furnace, as you might expect, is an effective home heating system that complies with California's NOx emissions standards. Legal in California, and it's a great system that features a dual-diameter tubular heat exchanger, two-stage gas valve, silicon nitride igniter, and more. The warranties are great too. This unit comes with a Lifetime Limited Heat Exchanger Warranty, 10-Year Unit Replacement Warranty, and 10-Year Limited Parts Warranty.

If you are searching for a reliable gas furnace for your home, you’re probably also searching for comfort, longevity, efficiency, and excellent value. The Goodman model GCH95 meets all of these criteria and more! With a BTU rating of 70,000, this furnace can service an approximate area of 2,000 square feet.

Unlike the GCH95, traditional single-stage furnaces run to their fullest capacity no matter the temperature outside. This method of home heating is inefficient and expensive! Goodman’s Dual$aver technology is designed to automatically shift from low stage to high stage only if necessary, which means more precise heating for your home. No more extreme stops and starts! This furnace saves energy by defaulting to its lowest setting, only transitioning to the high setting if your home is not reaching the desired temperature quickly enough.

Are you concerned with getting the best bang for your buck? The Goodman GCH95 has an AFUE rating of 95%. This means that .95 cents of every $1.00 of heating energy expense goes toward warming your house! This exceptionally high rating indicates a product with real value. This furnace also meets the tough California NOx emission standards, meaning fewer nitrogen oxide emissions are produced with use. By meeting these standards, your furnace will lessen its impact on the production of smog and acid rain.

With its dependability, efficiency, and high value, the GCH95 furnace has also been developed to reduce noisy operation, a problem common in other furnaces. And with an entirely insulated, heavy-gauge steel cabinet, the result is high efficiency heating and cooling without excess disruptions that disturb you and your family.
