The cabinet is manufactured with heavy gauge galvanized steel that is also UV resistant. The cabinet has also received approval after a 500-hour salt spray test. The copper tube and enhanced aluminum fin condenser coil also help to resist damage from corrosion. Also include is a contactor with lug connection and ground lug connection, a steel louver coil guard, and aluminum foil-facing internal insulation reinforced with fiberglass scrim. Aiding the superior operation is a direct spark ignition system. This system includes a microprocessor-based control for the entire ignition sequence, as well as all blower operation and safety circuits. It also features self-diagnostics. Also included is power-assisted combustion and it can be easily converted to operate on propane with an optional LP conversion kit.
