This Trane RunTru Central Heat Pump Condenser creates a low vibration so it won't make unnecessary background noise. For greener cooling, this heat pump condenser is factory charged with R410-A refrigerant, a more eco-friendly option that doesn't damage the ozone layer. This refrigerant is controlled with a compressor contactor, condenser fan, high and low pressure switches, and a TXV that maintains a constant heat for optimal performance.

The scroll compressor in this heat pump condenser features over temperature and overcurrent protection. The all aluminum condenser coil provides low resistance to airflow and efficiently transfers heat. The coil is protected on all four sides with louvered panels, and the outdoor propeller fan is dynamically and statically balanced.

The unit's default fuel source is natural gas, but you can easily convert the unit for LP gas with a separate conversion kit.

The primary heat exchanger in this gas furnace is made of heavy gauge tubular stainless steel that is cycle-tested and corrosion resistant. The secondary heat exchanger is made of specialty 29-4C™stainless steel that reclaims heat from flue gases, improving your system's efficiency.
