Better Business Bureau A+ Rating

Our company file with the Better Business Bureau opened in 2004. Since then we have maintained our A+ rating, the highest possible, and a composite 4.34 out of 5 Stars score.

What we’re most proud of though are the complaints. That might sound odd, but it’s true. When someone complains, it’s because they care about their experience. Moving forward positively with customers like that, then carrying those lessons into the future is the best way for us to improve our practices and procedures.

Google 4.7 Star Rating

Based on data collected by Google and its partners, our company receives 4.7 out of 5 Stars. What makes this even better is the context. This rating isn’t based on a handful of reviews. Those 4.7 Stars come from more than 200 reviews on Shopper Approved and 800 plus on Trustpilot. Because all reviews supporting the 4.7 rating were gathered in the past 12 months from verified customers, there is no padding or reliance on old data to bump up our numbers.

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Awards

Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is a Department of Defense program to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve Component Service members and civilian employers. Ingram’s Water & Air Equipment is proud of our citizen-soldier employees. We strive to ensure work requirements never interfere with service priorities, and the ESGR has been gracious enough to recognize our efforts.

2012 Pro Patria Award Recipient

Every year, each ESGR State Committee presents a Pro Patria Award to one small, one large, and one public sector employer who have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees. The Pro Patria Award is the highest award an ESGR State Committee may bestow.

To be eligible for such an honor, an employer must have adopted personnel policies to make service participation easier, and must go above and beyond legal requirements in assisting service member employees. Ingram’s Water & Air Equipment was honored to receive a Pro Patria in 2012 in recognition of our exemplary support of Guard and Reserve employees.

2012 Freedom Award Semifinalist

Instituted in 1996, the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award is the highest recognition given by the U.S. Government to employers for their support of serving Guard and Reserve employees. It is awarded only to recipients who demonstrate exceptional employee support, and is presented annually by the Secretary of Defense.

Inc. magazine publishes the Inc. 5000, an annual list of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States. To qualify for the 5000, companies must have been able to show three full calendar years of sales and growth with initial year revenues of at least $100,000.
