This easy-to-install air handler is an effective and efficient way to heat or cool your home or office and requires no special training, tools, or assistance from an HVAC professional. Heat or cool up to 500 square feet with the 12k BTU capacity. Enjoy comfortable, clean air at your desired comfort level with this convenient system.
Not only can this air handler heat and cool it can also dehumidify your space along with many different operating modes. The AUTO mode allows you to set it and forget it. Simply set the temperature you'd like your room to consistently stay, and the unit will work to keep the space the way you want it.
Want to save money while you sleep? You can do just that with the SLEEP mode. During this mode, the unit runs for 8 hours. During each of the first 2 hours, the unit will adjust the temperature by 2 degrees F higher if cooling or lower if heating. Once it reaches the final temperature, it will remain that temperature for the remaining 6 hours while you sleep comfortably. Once the 8 hours are complete, the unit will shut off. Using less energy allows you to save money on utility costs.
If you only need to have heating or cooling for a designated period of time, use the TIMER mode. Set the timer for the amount of time you need the unit to heat or cool, and once the time is complete, it will turn off. This will keep you from using energy when you don't need it, thus saving money.
The convenient Anti-Mildew option runs after shut off of COOL, DRY, or AUTO mode. After the unit turns off, the handler will run a low air fan for 10 minutes. This will dry out any excess condensation that could lead to mildew and mold accumulation.
If the unfortunate event of an issue arises, the LED display on the front of the air handler will display an alert and/or troubleshooting code so you can quickly address the issue before any damage is caused to your system. This can include an unlikely refrigerant leak or a reminder to clean or replace your air filters. You won't have to lift a finger after a power outage as the 12k BTU MrCool Easy Pro Ductless Air Handler will automatically return to your previously set desired comfort level.
Controlling your unit is as easy as the installation. First, you can use the included remote control, or the SmartHVAC app on your Apple or Android device. You can even go completely hands-free and control the unit with your voice via your Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant.
