I have purchased a few Mr cool diy systems and so far so good . My question is if I want to move a system which would cause me to have to unhook the line set from condenser to pull line set back through the wall . I am concerned about heating in the winter. I am in Southern Idaho, Temps in the winter tend to be below 0, down to as low as - 30 or so. Will this unit work for me? Can I keep the pump inside my garage and run lines up to my bonus room or does the pump have to be outside?
What is the total wattage draw
What is the decibel level for the outside unit? My garage is 21 x 30 x 10' ceiling height., fully insulated/finished with insulated (for what it's worth) roll up doors. Located near Phoenix, currently stays 10-12 degrees cooler than outside temps without any conditioning. Is the 24k the size needed? Thanks in advance.

Can you add an additional 25' line set to this?
Due to the limited wall space between closets, doors, and windows, can I position the interior handler in a vertical position or in the corner of two walls or it should only be in a horizontal and against the wall? If latter is the case, can I use a plywood to cover the back against the window?
I have a cabin in the midwest, 625 square foot main floor and a 300 sq foot upstairs loft. I was considering the 24000 BTU unit, which Mr. Cool DIY mini split unit would you recommend? I am planning on installing a Mr. Cool 24k DIY system in a small church sanctuary in Virginia. It is one room that measures 23' by 32' (736 sq. ft.). The sanctuary was built in 1923, and has very little insulation. I am using the 24k unit that is rated for 1000 sq ft instead of the 18k, since the sanctuary has a 12' ceiling, and I assume the 18k's 750 sq ft rating is based on an 8' ceiling. Is this going to be sufficient to heat this building? In Dec/Jan/Feb the average daily high temp is 48 degrees, and the average daily low is 25 degrees. There is no plumbing in the sanctuary, we have facilities in a separate building on the grounds. We plan on setting the system to start on Saturday and letting it run overnight to get the sanctuary warm for Sunday morning services. It is not used during the week.
Do you guys ship to the big island of Hawaii?
I need a 50 foot line. Will it work and do you sell a 50 foot line?

How many amps is this DIY 24k unit pulling in HEAT MODE vs COOL MODE? I'm assuming HEAT mode is much more amps? I have my 24k unit currently running on a 20amp breaker. It says max 25 amps but the unit says it only pulls 13.7 amps indoor and out.
Do you have any split units with an eer rating of 11 or above ?
How many air handlers can you hook up to one 24k heat pump unit ?
What is the size of the inside air handler on the 24k unit and is this heat pump or electric strip for heating ?
Live in Orlando Fl. Planing to install unit in Fl room that does not have glass windows. Windows are vinyl. So was wondering if the 24 would be better. We use the room occasionally. Would the smaller be running all the time or go with the bigger unit that wouldn’t run as often?
What is the HSPF on this unit? I live in Eastern Maine and want to make sure this unit is going to save me money during the winter.
What would it require to heat an old farm house that has 4 rooms on one side of the house and 4 on the other?
I see a lot about using Mr Cool DIY for garages and basements. Is this unit reliable and effective at being the primary heating for a whole house in Seattle? I know it's called Mr Cool but we only need AC about two weeks total per year and heating for about 6 months. Also, I currently have a ductless minisplit so I know my house does fine with just one head. We recently added on a significant amount of space and just need a larger capacity unit.
Is it ok to just to spool the 25 foot line? do you sell any "containment" units (box?) for this? I need only about 3 feet
Reduced selling Price for this complete ready to use kit?
HI. We are looking to air condition the third floor of a large house using a mini-split similar to the one we see on your website. 24,000 BTU should be about right. The lines would have to run up the outside of the house about 20 feet, then make a right angle into the wall and then up through the interior another 10 feet or so, and then through the attic to a central location another 30 feet or so. Is that something we can install ourselves with precharged lines, or would we need an AC technician to install and charge the unit?
What does this hook up to 210 or 120
Can this be used/connected in more than one room?
Can the out door units be painted to match exterior walls?
can i come to the warehouse , to buy and p/u a unit ?

I would like to install a split system in a 22 x 22 x 9 garage

I read some articles that it can not heat if it is to cold out

Let me know what you would recommend and your thoughts on the heating when it is below zero outside

Thanks for your help
Is it noisy compared to a window A/C?
Can this unit be mounted on the wall towards the floor like in a hotel?
Can you use shorter AC lines?
Can I purchase precharged extension lines for this unit? My installation run is over 25 feet.
I have a 900 sq ft house with 3 tiny bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bath. All bedrooms are off the living room (no hallways) ceilings are lower than 8 ft. Could I heat and cool my house with one unit in living room? If so, what size? I was thinking 24.
Hi, Does the outdoor unit include wall mount brackets?
Is this the 2nd gen? Also, does it have the self cleaning mode
What size would I need to heat and cool 1000 square feet?
Is there a bracket that would allow the outside unit to be hung on the wall outside?
Is the warranty transferable?
1) What size room would the 24k BTU model be appropriate for? We are looking to cover a 15x28 space in our 3rd floor attic
2) Since the room is in the 3rd floor attic and needs to be connected to a ground unit, can we order additional length to reach the ground unit about 30' down?
Could these units be used for commercial applications such as office spaces?
How long are the bundled white piping/plastic tube [electric connection and refrigerant line] from the condenser to the wall unit? Asking for the the 24k BTU 16 SEER MrCool DIY Ductless Heat Pump Split System.
How many feet of line does the line cover set actually cover?
What tools will I need? Will I have to buy anything special?
What's the difference between HA11719 and HA11722?
Does this unit come with the refrigerant lines, ddrain hose and cable from lower to upper unit?
Homeowner supply's power to unit and all installation hardware? 230v runs to lower unit from supply? Very interested in this product
How does the self cleaning option work. I can't find any information on this. Also is there a setting like a normal air conditioner that allows this unit to shut off once it reaches a set temperature. Thanks
Does this cool too
ITEM: HA11722. Does this kit come with everything needed to have it work, or do I need to purchase additional accessories?
How come the system doesn't have to be vacuumed after installation? Is this a different system than any other?
Does this unit come with set? Does inside power come from condensing unit? What is amperage usage?
When I am buying one MrCool 24k BTU DIY bundle (heat pump condenser with a 24k BTU ductless wall mounted air handler), and I want to buy two additional wall mounted air handlers for two small bedrooms, do they have to be 24k BTU or less?
