Each of the 12,000 BTU air handlers are a great choice for rooms spaces that are 450 to 550 square feet, and the 18,000 BTU unit can be installed in a space 700 to 1000 square feet. Cassette-style air handlers are great for open floor plans and any time you want your temperature-controlled from above. Shipping Damage & Missing Items
