"Hey Dan. We have a quad multi-zone DIY. One of the units has to run 95ft. Is it going to be that big of an issue to run it 95ft? (36K overall, indoor 12K) Will the unit just not work?"
Yeah, it would probably work. 95ft is a long run, and could be close to the limit.
But I wouldn't recommend it. Just go with a 3 zone, and get a separate 12K for the other one. it will give you better performance and efficiency than running such a long line set. Plus it will probably be cheaper than buying the extra line sets.
