(36K overall, indoor 12K) Will the unit just not work?" Yeah, it would probably work. 95ft is a long run, and could be close to the limit. But I wouldn't recommend it. Just go with a 3 zone, and get a separate 12K for the other one. it will give you better performance and efficiency than running such a long line set. Plus it will probably be cheaper than buying the extra line sets.
