Today's question comes from Vince.
"Hey Dan, I have the 3 zone unit, and one of the pipes cracked from moving the condenser while it was off. Would I be able to buy a new precharged line to replace it, instead of going through an HVAC repair service?"
If it didn't lose any of the charge from the system, then you can just get a new line and replace it.
If it did lose charge, then you will need to have a professional come out and charge the unit manually.
