Q & A

I’m trying to understand the installation of these ceiling units. Let say for instance I was using this system for the 2nd floor of a two story home. Does each unit mount in the attic above the ceiling so it’s serviceable and elevated for condensate drains and then is there a short 90° duct used for the ceiling register?
A couple of questions.
Does this unit have remote distribution block or do all line sets run back to compressor?
If it is a remote block is it included?
Are line sets included?
If i read correctly the indoor units are calling for 220V with 20 amp protection, is this necessary with this only having a fan and sump pump? is a 120v version available?
I live in Wichita KS do you have someone here to install 5 zone concealed? And how much ballpark figure is that?
Is there a maximum length that the line set can reach for this split system? Would 60' be too far?
Is this system suitable for an 1800 sq ft home in a winter that last year reached -35 degrees Fahrenheit? (for a few days).

Does this system have a warranty?
Can cassettes be mounted in wall
We have a four bedroom approximately 2100 square-foot house in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach Gardens , that currently has a single 4 ton package unit located on the roof. We are looking to replace the package unit because it is about 15 years old, and is very inefficient. The ductwork is in bad shape, and the attic is small making the repair or replacement of the ductwork very difficult, if not impossible in some spots. I very much want to get the air conditioning unit off the roof. Most contractors that of been out the house have been unmotivated to do the job due to the difficult attic conditions, and my wife's pushback when it comes to giving up a closet within the house

This Mr. cool system sounds like an ideal solution to me. Please briefly explain the installation. Confirm there is no ductwork and that the units are ceiling mounted. Are the ceiling mounted units noisy? What sort of height is needed above the ceiling? Is there one Freon loop as I suspect? Can a licensed AC guy put Mr. cool system in, or do we need to get someone trained by your company? What are the electrical requirements for an installation? Does a single condenser service each of the five indoor air handling units? Can a conventional four-ton condenser be used, or is there some special condenser requirement? If so do you sell the condenser too? How long has your company been in business? Have any Mr. cool units been successfully installed in Florida, or other warm climates?

I very much appreciate your responding to these questions.

Best regards
Neil Jetter
