Our condition rating scale is classified as follows:
- New: Items marked as new are brand new equipment from the factory in its original packaging. There is no damage to equipment marked as new.
- Grade A (Very Good): A "Very Good" classification means the item may have some small scrapes, cosmetic blemishes, dents, or dings that should only be visible upon close inspection of the product.
- Grade B (Good): A "Good" classification means the item has minor scrapes, cosmetic blemishes, dents, or dings that are visible from a distance upon inspection of the product.
- Grade C (Fair): A "Fair" classification means the item has moderate to major scrapes, cosmetic blemishes, dents, or dings that are clearly visible upon inspection of the product.

Any damages or missing items have to be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting your shipment in order to file a claim. Do not let the delivery driver rush you. It is your right to inspect each and every item.
